The Single Cask Glen Moray 2007 10 Years Old (60% abv)

Nose: Intense bourbon hints followed by rose water, a tropical hint as well as malt, lots of barley sugar and floral notes. An intensely sweet opening.   Palate: Sweet and very bourbon-esque. Malty, gristy, grassy and somewhat tropical with hints of lime and just a touch of kiwi. Soya beans also emerge and it is rather punchy.   Finish: Medium to long finish, with the bourbon notes being complemented by cinnamon, nutmeg, oak and malt.
