The Single Cask Dailuaine 2007 12 Years Old (58.7% ABV)

Nose: Fresh pear juice, malty and delightful.  Hints of oak, green apple, barley sugar, white wine and honey.

Palate: Malty, sweet and fresh.  Oak, wood spice, pear juice, white wine, and rock sugar.

Finish: Medium to long finish - malty, sweet and spicy.
