Nose: Sweet malt, cinnamon, vanilla and floral elements at the fore.   Palate: Sweet malt, cinnamon, oak, vanilla and floral hints, followed by green tea, lemon, lavender and black pepper.   Finish: Oak, vanilla, black pepper and hints of lemon and lavender.
