Nose: Subtle grist and straw hints alongside delicate fruits and a hint of aniseed.   Palate: Mild and sweet, with more pronounced malt, grist and straw hints and a touch of fruit.   Finish: Vanilla, oak & caramel alongside peaches & cream.
