This particular expression has been drawn from a single cask after 27 years of maturation and bottled at 45.8% abv.

Nose: Mellow and sweet. Luscious with toffee, peanut brittle, brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon.

Palate: Surprisingly bright, pear eau de vie, fruity esters and again those caramel and brown sugar notes, can't go wrong with grain in first fill Bourbon barrels.

Finish: Easy and more-ish.
