So, let's dive right into the review!

The Single Cask American Sour Mash 2011 5 Years Old (59.7% abv)

Nose: Mellow oak, wood varnish, cotton candy, stewed apples and mint initially, with hot cross buns, toasted wheat and just a hint of acetone. Palate: Cinnamon, hot cross buns and mellow oak to the fore, with acetone hints, popcorn, cotton candy and black pepper developing over time. Slightly grainy.   Finish: Medium on the finish, with vestigial oak and acetone hints as well as some sweetness. Green tea notes develop later on.

This expression is sold out worldwide.
