This review focuses on an interesting expression of Glen Moray which was distilled in 2007, matured in a bourbon hogshead for 11 years before being bottled at a cask strength abv of 61.4% in 2019.

Nose: Soft and sweet, with melon, orange zest and wood shavings.   Palate: Spicier now, with nutmeg amongst sawdust, fruit peels, Potpourri and refresher bars.   Finish: Reminiscent of a well-made Old Fashioned.
