Nose: Barbecued, smoky pineapple with sweet malt, seasoned with white pepper and cinnamon.
Palate: Soft tropical fruit in the form of pineapple and mango, both the malt character of the original spirit and the oak of the cask come through, with a touch of white pepper and cinnamon.
Finish: A glorious, long finish with all the elements from the nose and palate - smoked pineapple, malt, oak and wood spice.
