The Single Cask Inchfad 2016 4 Years Old (NHS Special Release, 61.4% ABV)

Nose: Barbecued, smoky pineapple with sweet malt, seasoned with white pepper and cinnamon.

Palate: Soft tropical fruit in the form of pineapple and mango, both the malt character of the original spirit and the oak of the cask come through, with a touch of white pepper and cinnamon.

Finish: A glorious, long finish with all the elements from the nose and palate - smoked pineapple, malt, oak and wood spice.
