Nose: Oak, nutmeg and green tea, followed by green apple, figs and black pepper.
 
 
 
Palate: Oak followed by black pepper, green tea and nutmeg, with the figs and green apple making an appearance alongside some lime.
 
 
 
Finish: Long finish with green tea, green apple and oak and just a hint of fig.
