BY ENTERING, BROWSING, SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER FOR PROCESSING OR IN ANY OTHER WAY OF USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AGREED AND ACCEPTED ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE FORM THEY APPEAR AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS SUBMITTED FOR PROCESSING. SO, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

 

You confirm and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old. You also guarantee that the information provided by you (including payment details) is actual, correct and complete. We will not share this information with anyone for getting any financial benefit but only for fulfilling our obligation to you. By submitting your order for processing, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

 

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personal details relating to the website (including the User's account and/or password). The User agrees to take responsibility for all activities that are performed under the User's account and/or password. Only the User will be responsible for access to the website and use of the website by anyone using the User's identification and password including absolutely all actions and obligations appeared during such access or/and use of the website. The User agrees to notify The Single Cask Ltd immediately regarding any unauthorized use of the User's account or any other violation of security. We keep the right to refuse service, cancel accounts or/and orders, if we think that User's actions can be harmful to us.

Visitors under the age of 18 should not submit any information or/and any order to The Single Cask Ltd and should not register with the website

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and The Single Cask Ltd and govern the customer's use of the website, superseding any prior agreements between the user and The Single Cask Ltd with respect to the website.

The Single Cask Ltd will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our control.

No agent or representative of The Single Cask Ltd is authorized to make any warranties, representations or statements regarding the products and The Single Cask shall not in any way be bound by any such unauthorized warranties, representations or statements.

The Single Cask reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and Customer confirms that The Single Cask shall not be liable to Customer for any such change or removal.

The Single Cask reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and Customer's continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be Customer's acceptance of such change.

Products

​

Most of our products are limited editions or limited releases. This may compromise their availability. All products are available while stocks last.

Availability is subject to change at any time without notice.

Everything is done to be sure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is correct. However, errors regarding product information, tasting notes, pack photo shoots or typographical errors on the website may occur.

 

Prices

All prices shown on the website are in Pounds  Sterling.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

Shipping & Delivery

​

As the delivery involves alcoholic drinks, the customer and his/her authorized recipient must be at least 18 years of age and must be able to present appropriate identification. If no person of 18 years or older is present, delivery shall be postponed to another time.

Express Delivery (Standard):

​

Time: We aim to deliver the products within 5 working days from the day your order is confirmed. Including Saturdays but not including Sundays nor Public Holidays.

 

Cost:  For orders above the value of £200 - free delivery - For orders below the value of £200 - delivery fee of £10.00

 

Details: Delivery is only available in mainland United Kingdom 

 

Confirmation of Order and Invoice

After payment, you will receive via email a confirmation of your order. Should you need to retrieve your invoice, you will be able to view it by logging in at The Single Cask website and select “view your orders/invoices”.

 

Return, Refund & Replacement

​

We will accept the return of products, and replace them (if in stock) or issue a full refund, when:

  1. the products have demonstrably been damaged prior to transit or 

  2. the products received are clearly different from those ordered or

  3. the products for which the customer has been charged have not been delivered

And the recipient has notified us of the fact within 24 hours of receipt.

Products shall not be returned unless and until the customer or recipient has

​

1. advised The Single Cask Ltd via Email: info@thesinglecask.co.uk 

And

2. The Single Cask has accepted the return of the goods, in which case only.

 

The Single Cask shall be responsible for the cost of transit by the method specified by us.

 

Refunds will be credited back to your account upon our receipt of the products. The duration that the bank or Paypal will take to process the refund request cannot be issued by us. You should contact the bank that issued you card or Paypal for more details.

 

Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

The User hereby expressly states to understand and agree that use of website is at User's sole risk. Neither The Single Cask Ltd, nor its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, holding companies, affiliates, employees, third-party content providers, or the like, warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. They also do not provide any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or any other intangible losses obtained from the use of the website, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through the website.

The website is operated in United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of United Kingdom and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom court. If any of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

However, the Customer’s records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, except if legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities. The Customer has the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all customer's records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. The Customer is requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue the Customer with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited e-mails.

Any emails sent by The Single Cask will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

We are required under some laws or regulations to retain your personal data for a set period of time for example, Where there is no legal obligation, for example around direct marketing information, we will hold your data for 2 years, unless you opt out within this time.
