The Single Cask Braeval 1994 22 Years Old (55% abv)
Nose: Mellow and sweet, like sugar caramelising in a pan. Buttered muffins, soft fruit and slight hints of barrel char. Palate: Intense and floral at first, with malt at the core. Layers of vanilla, lemon and stonefruits appear soon afterwards. Finish: Medium finish, with slightly sweetened coffee and five-spice.
